Processing Time
All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please note that custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, My Dream Signs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, any delays are outside of our responsibility.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with photos so we can assist. For lost packages, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
